Position

Morten Nybom Bethe heads the firm’s Banking & Finance practice and advises banks and financial institutions on all aspects of financial law, securities, structured products, securitisations, project financing and regulatory matters including netting, collateral and clearing. He has extensive experience in establishing, buying and selling financial institutions.
