Recent work includes advising Oman Oil Company on the sale of its 10% stake in Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, and assisting Lacoste with taking over all stakes in its former joint venture with Camoral. Iñigo Erláiz leads the corporate team. The team advised Panasonic on acquiring a controlling interest in Ficosa International, a Spanish multinational producing auxiliary smart-car parts. In another highlight, the firm advised Dinak, a manufacturer of flue pipes, chimneys and venting, on its construction projects in Belgium.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Oak Hill Capital Partners on the sale of Greenpark Aparcamientos to Parkia and assisted Indes Capital with the acquisition of the agri-food company Hortícola Albacete. Iñigo Erláiz and the 'outstandingDavid González are recommended, and Álvaro Mateo made partner in January 2018.
