Ioanna  joined our Law Firm in 2019

Ioanna’s main areas of practice are consumer banking law, civil law and financial regulatory issues, with an emphasis on cross border transactions. Her primary focus is structured finance, but she also covers all aspects of financial transactions including drafting of legal opinions with regard to the consumer banking and finance sector.

Furthermore, Ioanna has a strong track record in complex, high value commercial disputes.
