Lena  joined our Law Firm ,as a trainee lawyer, in 2010

Lena’s practice focuses on corporate and company law. She reviews legal corporate documentation and provides legal advice to Banks regarding account opening and operation, corporate constitutional amendments, mergers, liquidations and joint ventures as well. She has also extensive experience in the issuance of legal opinions for both corporate and consumer clients.

Furthermore, Lena has participated in and advised on civil and commercial litigation representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, arising from a wide variety of financial and commercial transactions (lease and loan agreements, banking transactions)
