Carine Duchemin has been associate with the firm since 2020.

Within the Tax department, Carine Duchemin is involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and group restructuring. She has significant international activity as a consultant to international groups, particularly in the hotel industry. Carine Duchemin also assists companies and their managers in tax audits and litigation.

Member of the Association of Attorneys in Real Estate Transactions (“AAMTI”), Carine Duchemin regularly assists individuals and businesses with a view to the acquisition or disposal of real estate. In addition, she is regularly involved in the French and international tax aspects of operations at all stages of the real estate cycle (financing, promotion, renovation, ownership, disposal).

Before she became a Partner at Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent, she began as a tax lawyer at Taj Avocats for 13 years, then joined Bersay & Associés as a tax partner, then joined ADVIS for 3 years.

She was the co-founder of Duchemin Jouan & Partners in 2008 (DJP Avocats, who was BDO International’s correspondent in France).

Since 2018, she has been practicing with her own firm Duchemin Avocats.
