Paolo Bordi specialises in financial markets, corporate finance and equity capital markets. He has developed strong expertise in all the legal/regulatory matters concerning banking/financial/investment services, insurance and asset management business.  Paolo advises on optimal structuring and on-going compliance requirements for such businesses. He also advises in extraordinary corporate transactions involving regulated companies, including those active in the insurance, banking and financial sectors. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as an officer in the legal department in Assogestioni, the Italian trade association of investment funds and portfolio managers. He joined the firm in 2006.
