Career

He joined the firm in 2008 after maturing a broad experience in large Italian companies and public institutions. From 1984 to 1996 he worked for Finmeccanica S.p.A. He regularly worked on cases involving the stock market rules and obligations for the Italian listed companies, and with the antitrust matters related to acquisitions and disposals. From 1973 to 1984 Luciano was a manager of the Italian Ministry of Finance and collaborated with several work groups in the processing of tax laws and regulations.
