Admitted to the Tunis Bar, Anis Jabnoun is the partner in charge of Global Lawyers North Africa (GLN-A), in exclusive partnership with Gide in Tunisia since January 2012.

With over 17 years’ practice in Tunisia, Anis Jabnoun acts primarily in M&A and corporate law (acquisitions, capital operations, public offerings) in the banking and finance sector, and offers advice to Tunisian and foreign investors (foreign-exchange regulations, direct foreign investments, joint ventures).

Anis has been involved in major Tunisian M&A transactions with respect to companies carrying out banking, financial, industrial, agri-food and services activities, as well as financing carried in Tunisia in particular by international financial institutions (IFC, EIB, EBRD, AFD, KfW, AFC, etc.).
