Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, Julien Guinot-Deléry has been working for 15 years in intellectual property law, more particularly in copyright law, media law and communication law (advertising, press, sponsoring, etc.), as well as in technology and digital law. He assists and represents his clients both in advisory and transactional matters and in litigation.

Julien regularly acts in complex litigation in intellectual property and technology law (IT litigation, intermediary liability), as well as in sectorial litigation in the media and digital fields.

In contractual matters, Julien assists his clients on the exploitation of their intangible assets, as well as in their communication activities (image rights, e-reputation, advertising & social networks). He also assists numerous groups, investors and growth companies in the technology and digital sectors.

Julien has also developed significant expertise in innovation issues related to NFTs and Metaverse, for which he is very regularly contacted by a wide range of clients (large groups, start-ups, issuers, platforms or service providers) in order to assist them in the validation and legal structuring of their operations.

Julien is a graduate of ESCP Business School’s Specialized Media Master’s program and holds a Master 1 in Business Law (Paris I) and a Master 2 in Communication Law (Paris II). He is a lecturer in advertising law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Representing producers, press publishers and agencies, the group frequently advises on the collection and payment of royalties. With partners and associates from both IP and TMT departments, the team is fully equipped to assist clients with intersectional issues. Le cabinet a ainsi récemment accompagné le Consortium Aura Blockchain (composé de LVMH, Cartier et Prada) sur le lancement de la première solution mondiale de blockchain dédiée à l’industrie du luxe.
