Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Nicolas Planchot specialises in real estate and planning law, construction law, acquisitions and real estate financing and commercial leases.

Well-versed in all aspects of property deals, Nicolas Planchot enjoys extensive experience on large-scale projects, in particular in public-private partnerships including real estate, shopping centre and high-rise building projects from creation through to completion and marketing. He advises leading companies active in the construction and public works sectors, institutional investors, investment funds, major operators and chains, as well as landholding corporations, management companies and financial institutions.

Recent experience includes advising on the refurbishment of the Parc des Princes football stadium, the financing of real estate developments around the French MoD’s new location, the sale to a sovereign fund in Middle East of a building located on the Champs Elysées for over 500 million euros, the structuring for an insurance company of three OPCIs to hold assets exceeding 600 million euros, and their sale to real estate investors.
