Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, Alexandra Munoz specialises in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She acts as counsel in international arbitration and litigation proceedings in various sectors including energy, infrastructures and telecommunications.

Alexandra advises major French or foreign companies as well as governments in contractual disputes (joint ventures, distribution agreements, construction, public service concessions, State contracts, reinsurance) and in cases related to the protection of investments within the context of ad hoc or institutional arbitral proceedings (ICC, OHADA, ICSID). She also has experience in resolving disputes through conciliation and mediation.

Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. has a combined London and Paris-based practice that handles commercial and investment arbitration cases on behalf of some European and African state entities but predominantly for companies. The team has a strong involvement in Africa-related matters, concerning mining, oil and gas and construction issues. It has also been recently retained to handle a high-stakes case linked to Russia and another significant case opposing leading insurance companies. The practice also regularly handles exequatur cases before French courts.  Carole Malinvaud, who regularly sits as an arbitrator in ICSID and ICC arbitration cases, is noted.
