Before joining Gide, Jean-François Louit was a partner in the Corporate & Securities department of Mayer Brown Paris. Jean-François holds a Masters in Business Law, Taxation and Accounting from the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto (Canada).
