Position

Pierre Karpik is a partner in Gide’s Mergers-Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.

Pierre is more particularly involved in venture capital and capital investment transactions notably in the high-tech sector as well as counsel to the investors (OTC Asset Management, A Plus Finance, 360 Capital Partners, Idinvest, Ventech, R Capital Management’) and as counsel to issuing companies (PriceMinister, Fortunéo, MeilleursAgents, BlaBla Car, Drivy’).  He advises the investments funds and the growth companies on their fund-raisings, their restructurings, their external growth transactions and on their exit.
