Position

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, associate Alice Bouillié specialises in environmental law. Alice works with clients in an advisory and litigation capacity in matters pertaining to industrial environment law (facilities classified for environmental protection, law related to water, soil pollution, waste), nuclear and energy law, as well as in mining and extractive operations law. She advises industrial clients on all aspects of environmental law, particularly as part of acquisition projects, and assists them before administrative, civil and criminal courts.

Alice has been providing training in nuclear law at Paris Descartes University since January 2016. She conducted training in environment law at the Higher Institute for Real Estate Careers (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières, ESPI) from 2006 to 2014.

Education

Alice holds a postgraduate degree in environmental law from Paris I ‘ Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II ‘ Panthéon-Assas Universities (1997), and a diploma from the Business Law Institute of Paris II ‘ Panthéon-Assas University (1996).

She is fluent in French and English.
