Position
Patrick Näf specializes in labor and employment law. He also advises clients in general corporate and commercial law as well as pharmaceutical and health law. Patrick Näf is co-head of the Labor & Employment Law practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd.
In contentious matters, he represents his clients’ interests also before state courts.
Following his studies at the University of Basel, Patrick Näf worked as a trainee in the legal department of the University Hospital Basel, at the District Court of Waldenburg and in a law firm in Basel. After passing his bar exam (2009) he worked as a legal assistant in the legal department of the University Hospital Basel. In 2011, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Columbia Law School in New York. Since 2018 he has also been a SBA certified employment law specialist.
