Beat Walti advises primarily in the areas of corporate takeovers, acquisitions and sales of shareholdings as well as the related corporate and contractual issues.

He also deals with corporate, commercial and contractual law issues as well as corporate governance in companies and foundations.

Beat Walti serves on several boards of directors and boards of foundations. Since 2014, he is also a member of the National Council (member of the Commission for Economic Affairs and Taxes, WAK; President of the parliamentary FDP group).

Prior to joining Wenger & Vieli Ltd. in 2002, he was part of the team and project manager at McKinsey & Co. Inc., Zurich, for three years. Prior to that, he completed a stagiaire program at the European Commission in Brussels (Merger Task Force, merger control authority). He studied at the Universities of Zurich and Neuchâtel.
