Position

Georg Zondler is regularly entrusted with litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals for domestic and foreign clients. In this capacity, he deals in particular with matters involving insolvency and debt collection law as well as commercial and banking law. Georg Zondler is co-head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd.

In addition, Georg Zondler also deals with cases in all stages of enforcement and insolvency proceedings or acts as a member of creditors’ committees and as administrator/liquidator for insolvent companies.

Georg Zondler also has broad experience in the field of corporate law, in particular in handling complex cases of liability actions and contract law issues.
