Thanks to his long-standing experience, Pascal Honold has extensive expertise in the field of corporate law, in general, and M&A practice, in particular. He prefers to advise on national and international business transactions in the areas of M&A, private equity, and venture capital, as well as corporate restructuring and financing rounds.

His clients include nationally and internationally active medium-sized companies, corporations and start-ups, entrepreneurs, and investors, as well as investment funds and family offices.
