Position

David Brusa is a certified tax expert. He is responsible for advising national and international companies and their owners. He does this primarily in the context of M&A projects, both in the acquisition of new target companies and on the seller side. This advisory process naturally also extends to related tax issues, in particular financing, employee participation and complex structuring. His other focus areas include providing tax advice to legal entities on an ongoing basis. Other key topics are (re-)financing, (international) reorganisations, restructurings and tax planning.
