Position

As a member of the Transactions practice group, Anna Tomaschek practices primarily in the areas of M&A, venture capital, private equity as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Anna Tomaschek completed her law studies at the University of basel in 2012 (MLaw) and then worked as a junior lawyer in leading business law firms in Zurich. Subsequently, she was admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Basel-Stadt.

Prior to joining Wenger & Vieli Ltd., Anna Tomaschek worked for several years as a lawyer at major business law firms in Zurich in the areas of M&A and private equity.
