Partner, Silvia Romanelli specialises in corporate M&A, company law, business law, takeover bids, issuance of shares, JVs, extraordinary transactions and equity & debt capital markets. She also provides assistance to clients in relation to the review of corporate governance policies, compliance, shareholders agreements, family asset management and protection, corporate and insolvency matters in relation to asset restructuring procedures in venture capital markets. She is member of the Corporate Governance, Equity Capital Markets, Family Businesses & SMEs and Private Clients Focus Teams, as well as of the ESG group. She is a former Board member (2021-2023).
