Partner, Riccardo Bordi advises clients both in litigation and transactions. He has worked and is currently involved in complex litigations and extraordinary transactions in Italy and EMEA, with particular focus on the construction, infrastructure, healthcare and oil&gas sectors. He also regularly advises management, shareholders and companies in the most complex issues of corporate law in Italy. He is member of the firm’s Board and member of the Construction & Engineering, Corporate Governance and Public International Law & Economic Diplomacy Focus Teams.
