The subject of Fabrice Van Cauwelaert’s doctoral thesis was “The freedom of operators on the market – a study of competition law”. He advises on all matters relating to competition law, public economic law and consumer protection. He lectures in public competition law as part of the Master II course at the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin en Yvelines, and jointly animates an Economic criminal law workshop at the Sciences Po Paris Law School.
