Audrey Touret-Huygens has developed specific expertise in corporate law and M&A.

For more than fifteen years, she has been involved in business acquisitions and disposals (including cross-border transactions) and equity capital transactions.

She devotes a significant part of her activity to restructuring operations as well as to the processing of intra-group flows, the development of business transfer and financing strategies (fund raising, equity).

Her activity also focuses on structuring corporate governance and settling conflicts between partners.

She assists companies of all sizes, mainly in the industrial, distribution, food-processing, and more generally tertiary sectors.

Internationally, she advises foreign companies on setting up in France and French companies in their relations with any foreign entity.

At the same time, she regularly leads conferences and professional training courses.
