Career
Harry works as a lawyer and partner in the Liability & Insurance group at our Arnhem office. Harry trained at law firm Nauta Dutilh and having completed five and a half year’s service there, he moved to Dirkzwager at the end of 2000. At our firm, he helped to expand the Liability & Insurance group from 11 lawyers to the current complement of 25, making it one of the largest loss departments in the Netherlands. Its client base mainly consists of insurers. Harry focuses on aspects of liability in the business sphere, including director’s liability, professional liability, technical losses and employer liability. He also deals with dossiers pertaining to insurance law (policy disputes and drafting of insurance terms and conditions).
