Career
Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as Partner in April 2012, she held senior positions in the French Civil service:
Christine Le Bihan-Graf started her career at the French Council of State, the highest administrative jurisdiction and the legal adviser of the executive branch, she was an active member of the French Council of State until 2003.
She was Deputy Director to the Director-General in charge of Civil Service and State Reform, working for the Prime Minister’s Office from 2003 to 2006, and Secretary-General of the Ministry of culture and communication from 2006 to 2008.
From 2008 to 2011, she was General Director of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), an independent agency in charge of regulating the energy market.
