Philip joined Edwin Coe as a partner in the property team in 2010, having been a partner at RPC since 2001 and previously at DLA and its predecessor firms since 1987. He qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and still acts for many clients from that era.

Philip has a great breadth of commercial property experience, particularly in relation to development work for investors and occupiers. Most recently his expertise has been in the retail and leisure sectors, and mixed use schemes. Philip’s clients also include a number FTSE100 companies, pension schemes and commercial multinational companies.
