Career

Stephan Steinhofer joined DORDA in 2011, passed the Austrian bar exam in 2013 with distinction, and is a partner since 2021. He advises and represents a wide range of domestic and international clients before Austrian courts and international arbitral tribunals. Stephan is an expert in civil and commercial litigation regarding technology contracts, damages, public funding, post M&A, and multi-party disputes. He is also active in cross-border enforcement proceedings, unfair competition, and white collar crime cases.
Before joining us, Stephan gained experience at Magna International Europe and at Alston & Bird in New York.
In addition, Stephan is an author and a coach at the Austrian civil law Moot Court. He also co-runs the DORDA Academy for associates.
