Career

Florian Kremslehner joined DORDA in 1988 and became Partner in 1992. He heads the Dispute Resolution group and deals with general litigation, insurance defence, arbitration, and white-collar crime. He advises in civil and criminal law matters as well as in international court proceedings. Florian has extensive experience as an arbitrator with the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and the Viennese Rules and as a defender in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings.
Florian co-chairs the IBA Litigation Committee and is a member of the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, the International Law Association, and the Austrian Arbitration Association.
In addition, he is the author and editor of various publications.
