Martin Brodey is a partner at DORDA and has been with the firm since 1991. He heads the firm’s Private M&A and CEE practice groups. Since 2018, he has been Managing Partner at DORDA. Martin’s practice focuses on M&A, international projects, corporate law, and corporate governance. He advises international and national clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, including privatisations, auction deals and private equity deals in Austria, Central Europe, and the Far East region. He is regularly engaged by clients as strategic lead counsel in sizeable M&A projects.
