Career

Andreas W. Mayr joined DORDA in 2003. He is a partner at the firm and leads the Public M&A and Capital Markets groups. He specialises in corporate and M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions.
Andreas is admitted to the bars in Austria and in New York and is a member of the IBA and the New York Bar Association. He closely works together with the Austrian Takeover Commission, the Financial Markets Authority, the Federal Competition Authority, and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Andreas is a capital market coach of the Vienna Stock Exchange and has been for years a member of the ATX Committee of the Vienna Stock Exchange and of the Legal and Regular Committee of EASD.
