Position

Justin is a technology lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the industry and is acknowledged by the legal directories as a ‘leading individual’. Having previously worked as a partner in a major technology practice in the City of London, he has a particular interest in IT outsourcing, cloud, IoT, system integration and complex technology contracts. Justin has advised on some of the largest technology deals in the UK. He advises numerous leading IT and outsourcing suppliers and their customers on their provision, procurement and use of the latest technology and related services. Justin has particular experience in financial services IT, both PRA and FCA, but advises across all regulated sectors including, education, healthcare and the wider public sector.
