Position

Della is a Senior Associate who specialises in contentious and non-contentious infrastructure and construction matters. She acts for a variety of private and public sector clients including developers, funders and contractors across a range of sectors.

Della assists clients with the resolution of disputes and has experience in a broad range of dispute resolution methods, including adjudication, litigation and arbitration. She drafts, negotiates and advises on a variety of project documents, including standard and bespoke building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and bonds.
