CayTel makes an offer for Teleca

CayTel 1 LP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symphony Technology Group LLC, announced its public offer for Teleca AB (publ) on 31 October 2008, in accordance with the mandatory bid rules.

Teleca is a supplier of software to the mobile phone industry. The company has approximately 2,000 employees in nine countries in Asia, Europe and North America, and is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm, Small Cap.

Symphony Technology Group is an U.S. investment company investing in companies providing services related to the development of software and technology.
