Career
Hilda is a Partner in our Healthcare and Litigation Departments.
She has experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution with particular expertise in the defence of clinical negligence claims. Hilda has been involved in advising on a number of landmark cases and advises a wide range of public and private sector clients on healthcare, dispute resolution and commercial matters.
Hilda also has vast experience in advising on commercial and intellectual property matters and has particular expertise in the area of clinical trials. She advises on all aspects of healthcare law, including, confidentiality, consent, regulatory and governance matters.
She also advises clients in relation to public and administrative law matters, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution. Hilda is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
She is known by clients for her clear strategic advice and collaborative approach. Her focus is on providing creative practical solutions and early resolution to complex issues.
