Partner in the firms Property and Real Estate Departments.

Career

Louise practices in the firm’s Property and Real Estate department and advises on all areas of commercial conveyancing representing both corporate and private clients in the acquisition, financing, development and disposal of commercial property and residential investment property and mixed schemes of development.

She also advises state bodies in the construction, development and leasing of primary care centre developments and other developments for healthcare administration use.  Her extensive experience also includes advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, lease agreements, acquisition finance and various commercial arrangements.
