Career

Julie McEvoy is a Solicitor in our Litigation Department, acting on behalf of Irish and International insurers defending personal injury actions arising from employer’s liability, public liability and motor liability.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of a large commercial law firm in Dublin, advising a broad range of corporate and private clients in various areas including breach of contract claims, contentious debt recovery, personal injuries litigation plaintiff/defence and professional indemnity claims.

Julie has wide-ranging experience in all areas of commercial dispute resolution and proceedings in the High and Commercial Court.  She has advised and acted for professional firms and their insurers in high-value professional negligence claims against them.

Julie previously worked in-house in a large retail company providing legal advice on all operational issues impacting on the business. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and has a Bachelor of Corporate Law and a Bachelor of Law from National University of Galway.
