i) complex national and transnational commercial litigation and arbitration (financial services, industry, services, post M & A disputes, aviation),

In addition, Thomas has considerable experience as Swiss law expert in foreign (US, UK) Court proceedings, including cross-examination as Part 35 Expert under the UK CPR.
