Position

Felice advises clients on banking, insurance, and financial markets matters, under the different profiles of the relevant legal framework He advises on products and services distribution, contractual drafting, cross-border transactions and management of relations with the relevant supervisory authorities.

His legal advice, offered to both Italian and international clients, includes the drafting of opinions and contracts, consultancy regarding corporate governance operations and business model restructuring, and the preparation of petitions and defense statements before legal and supervisory Authorities.

Career

Felice Azzollini joined the Firm in 2014 and became of Counsel in 2022. Before joining Chiomenti, from 2007 to 2013, he worked for CONSOB in the Issuers, Inspectorate and Intermediaries Departments at the Rome and Milan offices.
