Luigi advises Italian and international clients on corporate – M&A, corporate restructuring, banking, insurance and other supervised entities matters. His practice particularly focuses on company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. Luigi belongs to the Firm’s Asia Desk and has garnered significant experience in advising Asian investors.
Career
Luigi Vaccaro joined the Firm in 2001 and became a Partner in 2009.
In 2004 he was Foreign Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Palo Alto, California.
