Martin is Partner of the firm and he concentrates mainly on area of judicial and alternative dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency matters (including representation of debtors in the insolvency proceedings), IP and IT matters, Data protection (icluding GDPR implementation).


During his career, Martin participated as a legal advisor in numerous of major restructuring projects in the Czech Republic and also cooperrated on significant financing projects. He assists various client in protection of their intelectuall property and data.
