Partner Mark Krenn, is responsible for CERHA HEMPEL‘s Real Estate Transaction Team. He has considerable experience handling large volume real estate transactions in Austria and CEE, as well as in setting up joint ventures for real estate projects. Mark’s work covers all real estate asset classes, including shopping centres, residential projects, hotels, offices and logistics projects. Furthermore, he engages in domestic real estate development projects, such as acting as counsel and trustee for building organiser projects (Bauträgerprojekte), green field developments of retail and residential projects, as well as advising landlords with respect to their standard lease agreements related to their investments. Recently, Mark has been invited by the German “Arbeitskreis Hotelimmobilien” (Study Group for Hotel Properties) to contribute on the elaboration of an overview on the legal framework in Austria for the Hotel Industry.
