Edith Hlawati, Senior Partner, with the firm since 1983 and a partner at CERHA HEMPEL since 1987, heads the firm’s Banking & Corporate Finance team. Cerha Hempel‘s team is co-led by Edith Hlawati, who also heads the firm’s banking and corporate finance team, and Clemens Hasenauer, head of corporate transactions, which reflects the team’s cross-departmental capabilities and wide-ranging expertise spanning DCM and ECM.
