Anna Wolf-Posch is a competition law partner at CERHA HEMPEL, Vienna. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the area of competition law, and has been involved in numerous international and national cartel investigations, complex international and Austrian (Phase II) merger investigations and Austrian and European abuse of dominance proceedings. Anna also regularly advises clients on foreign direct investment notifications and is one of the few lawyers in Austria with experience with complex FDI cases.

Anna holds a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. Anna received stipends from the prestigious Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Best European Business Law Student) and was awarded Columbia Law School’s Harlan Fiske Stone Scholarship in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement during her LL.M. Anna is the author of numerous publications in the areas of Austrian, German and European competition law, the European Digital Markets Act and the new Austrian Fair Competition Conditions Act.
