Anna Wolf-Posch is a partner at CERHA HEMPEL, Vienna. She has more than ten years of experience in the area of competition law, and has been involved in numerous international and national cartel investigations, complex international and Austrian (Phase II) merger investigations and Austrian and European abuse of dominance proceedings. Her focus is on antitrust in the digital industry and basic industries. Anna regularly gives presentations on digital issues.

Anna holds a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. Anna received stipends from the prestigious Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Best European Business Law Student) and was awarded Columbia Law School’s Harlan Fiske Stone Scholarship in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement during her LL.M. Anna is the author of numerous publications in the areas of Austrian, German and European competition law.
