Managing partner Clemens Hasenauer now solely heads the team at Cerha Hempel. His specialism in M&A and corporate law serves as a reflection of the team’s expertise in this intersection spanning a wide range of debt and equity transactions with much of its recent work falling into the DCM space. Volker Glas is a key contact for this and has recently led on a number of bond placements, including green bonds. Other regular instructions stem from financial services providers requiring assistance with the update of debt issuance programmes and with regulatory matters.
