At Cerha HempelHeinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein and Albert Birkner jointly head the practice. As a corporate partner, the former has a particular focus on trust law, whereas the latter is an experienced foundation law adviser. The team also includes Johannes Aehrenthal, who assists private clients with corporate holdings as well as property inheritance and structuring. Associate Martin Eichinger joined the practice from Jakobljevich & Grave at the beginning of 2020, further enhancing the firm’s offering for high-net-worth individuals. Benedikt Spiegelfeld retired.
