Albert specializes in mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, joint ventures as well as trusts with a special focus on Austria and (CEE/SEE). He has developed particular expertise in the fields of structuring and implementation of corporate transactions, takeover mechanics and the modelling of co-ownership structures. ​ ​ Albert was/is a lead partner on many prominent matters for several years already and holds an extremely vast track record. He is an author and regular contributor of numerous publications.​ ​ Recent examples of deals include, large volume transactions such as the advice to B&C Group in the acquisition of 80% shares in the German Atlas Flexibles GmbH or advice (takeover defence) to the Management Board of S IMMO AG in relation to IMMOFINAZ AG’s (hostile) takeover offer to acquire a controlling interest to the shareholders of S IMMO AG.
