Jozef Bannert is Partner at CERHA HEMPEL Šiška & Partners, since 2013 and with the firm since 2006. He is Head of M&A Practice Group in the Slovak Republic. Jozef specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, as well as joint ventures with a special focus on cross border transactions. He has developed particular expertise in the fields of structuring and implementation of corporate transactions and is recognized for his client focused and business oriented approach. Jozef was/is a lead partner on many prominent transactions for several years. Recent examples of deals include, advice to Raiffeisen Property Holding on the sale of Tatracentrum in Bratislava, as well as advice to XXXLUTZ in connection with purchase of Kika´s stores in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, whereof Jozef led the Slovak team.
