Boyko Gerginov has been Managing Partner of CERHA HEMPELS’s Bulgarian office since 2008 and Head of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets department. He specialises in banking and finance, corporate M&A, antitrust and competition, start-ups and venture capital and public and EU law. With a client focus on the IT sector, he has advised on some of Bulgaria’s largest M&A and financing transactions. Boyko Gerginov is a German and Bulgarian qualified lawyer and prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL he practiced in Germany and Belgium. He has developed particular expertise in the fields of structuring and implementing corporate transactions, takeover mechanics and the modelling of co-ownership structures.
