Castrén & Snellman represents clients in all sectors of finance covering all aspects of banking and finance transactions with a focus on complex transactions, green financings and sustainability-linked financing arrangements. The department is led by experienced partner Tero Tuomisto; with vast knowledge of finance arrangements of all kinds, he is frequently involved in acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and syndicated finance arrangements. Castrén & Snellman‘s department covers all aspects of shipping and logistics-related work. The practice is co-headed by Niklas Langenskiöld, who is well versed in maritime and transport law and focuses on litigation and arbitration; and Rickard Langenskiöld, who advises on international trade and contract law in the logistics sector and the manufacturing industry.
